Social Media Specialist

Visual Moxie works with many growing, progressive clients who really need help with their Social outreach.

Things we're looking for:

• Maintain and foster productive relationships and communication between our client and their audiences
• Manage ongoing social media campaigns (e.g. daily posts on Facebook and Twitter), research content ideas and drive followers with consistent content and message targeting

Additional responsibilities may include: 

• Working with the creative team to complete client deliverables
• Monitoring and maintaining quality and performance standards
• Improving client satisfaction and integration of all appropriate product and service elements

Requirements: 

• Strong communication, customer service and support skills
• No degree required.
• Experience and data to back it up required
• Product and brand, CRM, digital, social, PR and/or research experience
• Strong project management.
• Previous agency experience a plus
• Web analytics expertise is a plus
