Account Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Work hand and hand with account executives, media planners and client services managers.
• Assist in the day-to-day administration of marketing and client relations.
• Provide customer service support to account executives, media planners, and other team members
• Prepare documents for meetings and other service-related activities
• Provide support to maintain general marketing deliverables

Qualifications:

• Experience in Business Management, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• MUST have excellent time management skills
• Experience in an agency environment preferred but not required
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
